Build a detailing menu around your prices, not somebody else's.

Quick answer

What does this free car detailing price list template make?

A printable service menu with three detailing packages, starting prices for sedans, SUVs or crossovers, and trucks or vans, plus add-ons, travel terms, and your booking line.

  • No account, email address, or payment is required.
  • Your business details and prices stay in this browser.
  • The private time check shows gross revenue per scheduled hour before costs.
  • The builder never recommends or invents prices for you.
  • When the menu is ready, print it or save it as a PDF.

The finished menu labels prices “starting at” and says heavy condition is confirmed from photos or inspection.

4 Common add-ons

Price sheet is not price strategy

Use your costs first. Use nearby packages as evidence second.

A polished menu cannot rescue a weak floor, and a competitor’s price does not prove the packages are comparable. Keep those decisions separate.

Straight answers

Use the template without turning it into a promise.

Does this tool tell me what mobile detailing prices to charge?

No. It turns prices you have already reviewed into a clearer customer-facing menu. Use your own costs, time, capacity, local evidence, scope, and professional judgment before publishing a price.

Why does every package say “starting at”?

Vehicle condition and scope can change the work materially. Starting-price language is useful only when you also explain what the package includes and confirm uncertain condition before booking.

Why ask for planned hours if I charge by package?

This is not customer hourly billing. It is an owner-only scope check: the builder divides each starting price by the hours you plan to schedule and labels the result gross before supplies, travel, overhead, card fees, and taxes. The check does not print on the customer menu.

Can I save the finished price list as a PDF?

Yes. After you complete the required fields and review check, choose Print or save as PDF. Use your browser’s Save as PDF destination.

Does Companywright save my business name or prices?

No. The builder runs in your browser and does not send the entered fields to Companywright. If aggregate measurement is enabled, it records only the page path, broad source, and basic page-view or link-click counts.

Does this replace a quote or inspection?

No. The menu is a starting point, not a binding quote. Confirm the vehicle, condition, access, travel, exclusions, taxes, and final scope before accepting a booking.
