Price the whole job—not just the hours with a polisher in hand.

A quote has to carry the supplies, the drive, the quiet monthly bills, card fees, and the owner. Put in your numbers and find the lowest price your plan can defend.

Three floors. Three different decisions.

01

The cash floor is a warning line.

Below it, the modeled job cannot carry its direct cash, assigned overhead, and payment fee. It is not a healthy selling price.

02

The owner-pay floor protects the person doing the work.

It adds the hourly value you chose for every owner hour. If the quote falls short, the business may look busy while the owner absorbs the gap.

03

The working target still needs a market test.

The cushion gives the plan room for uncertainty. Customers, service quality, scope, and local demand still decide whether the offer works.

Your floor is only half the pricing decision

Compare nearby package scope before the cheapest public number moves your price.

Companywright's independent Local Price Position service checks five current, provider-owned price sources, keeps the caveats beside the numbers, and ties the market back to the floor you just modeled.

Public sources only · requesting a fit check does not charge you

One quote is only the beginning

See whether the price still works through slow months, equipment buys, and a full year.

Useful before you quote

A few honest boundaries.

Is this a recommended mobile detailing price list?

No. It calculates an internal planning floor from your inputs. It does not know what customers in your market will accept or what another detailer should charge.

Why divide monthly overhead by expected jobs?

Insurance, phone, software, storage, and equipment bills still need a way into each quote. Dividing by a realistic delivered-job count gives every job a deliberate share. Change the job count if your service mix needs a different allocation.

Is the planning cushion guaranteed profit?

No. Rework, missed estimates, taxes, slow demand, and other costs can use that cushion. It is simply the share of the collected price you want the model to leave after the costs and owner pay entered here.

Does Companywright save the numbers I enter?

No. The calculation runs in your browser and the input values are not sent to Companywright. If aggregate site measurement is enabled, it records only the page path, broad referral source, and basic page-view or checkout-click counts.
