The complete decision model

This is not another booking tracker.

The Mobile Detailing Cashflow Planner is for the decisions behind the calendar: price, job mix, equipment, slow months, owner workload, and the point where growth begins to fund itself.

04

Capacity guardrails

05

Built-in checks and sources

Trace assumptions, catch common model errors, and separate your evidence from illustrative starter numbers.

06

A plain-English Quick Start

Set it up without becoming a spreadsheet person. Editable cells are clearly marked and the logic stays visible.

Built for honest decisions

Your evidence goes in. The model shows what follows.

01No scraped “industry averages” presented as truth.

02No hidden formulas or unexplained magic scores.

03No promise that a spreadsheet guarantees profit.

Straight answers

Know exactly what you’re buying.

Do I need Microsoft Excel?

Yes. This edition is built and verified for Microsoft Excel. Google Sheets compatibility is not promised because formula behavior and formatting can change during conversion.

Are the sample numbers industry averages?

No. The starter numbers are fictional and clearly labeled. Replace them with your own prices, receipts, travel costs, work time, and capacity before using the model for a decision.

Is this bookkeeping or accounting software?

No. It is a planning and decision-support workbook, not a ledger, tax return, legal opinion, or substitute for a qualified professional.

Does it guarantee that my detailing business will be profitable?

No spreadsheet can guarantee demand, execution, pricing power, or profit. This one is designed to make the assumptions and tradeoffs visible before you act.

What will I receive?

The Excel planner, a visual Quick Start Guide, a license, and a clean product preview. The download is delivered as one ZIP file.

Can someone set it up with my numbers?

A separate personalized setup service is planned at $199. It will require your real evidence and a final owner review; it is not included with the $49 workbook.

Start with the truth

A busy calendar is not the goal.
A business that pays you is.
